UniAdmissions is committed to providing access to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We work with a number of state schools across the country and provide free one-to-one mentoring on all our courses to students who are eligible.

Are you or your students eligible for the UA Mentoring Scheme?

In order to be eligible to apply for the UA Mentoring Scheme, you must satisfy the following criteria:

SUPPORT

Receive EMA / Free School Dinners / Household Income < £21,000.

SCHOOL

Must attend a comprehensive state school & have a letter of recommendation.

ABILITY

The student has achieved mostly 8’s & 9’s at GCSE level.

PREDICTIONS

The student must be predicted A*AA or above at A-Level.

STUDY IN UK

The student must have a VISA, Government or bursary support to study in the UK.

Foundation Closing Date
The UniAdmissions Foundation will close for application on 10th September at 5PM. Please ensure your application is in before this date as the form will no longer be available.

Even if you don’t meet All of Criteria 1, or are just out of it, please get in touch with us. We review each application on a case-by-case basis and may be able to support you in some way.

Students on the mentoring scheme get unlimited tutoring with a subject-specialist tutor as well as access to all of our relevant resources and places on our intensive admissions test courses.

We have no set limit on the number of students on our Mentoring Scheme and consider all applications on an individual basis.

How UniAdmissions’ Foundation works…

The UniAdmissions Foundation functions slightly differently for schools and individual students. Discover how the foundation can benefit you below.

STUDENTS

We review each application individually and respond to you within 5-10 working days. Once you are accepted, you will receive an email with resource links and information on what to expect next once we have matched you with your mentor.

SCHOOLS

We review each school application individually within 5-10 working days. The application process requires information on the percentage of students eligible for Free School Meals (30%+), or Pupil Premium (50%+), or students eligible for Free School Meals (20%+), Pupil Premium (35%+), and 60%+ of students from a POLAR Quintile 1 area. We will contact your school within 5-10 working days to set up a meeting online, by phone, or in person to discuss further.

Individual Tuition Support

UniAdmissions can offer unlimited individual one-to-one support for students to support their university applications.

Get fully tailored one-on-one ukcat tuition from an Oxbridge expert tutor, focused on your weaknesses and strengths.

ELITE OXBRIDGE TUTORS

All of our tutors are Oxbridge students or graduates who scored in the top 10% of their admissions cycle.

The average Oxbridge success rate is 16%. Students who work with us have a 59% success rate.
