Application Support
Firstly we will help you make the right decision regarding course and University choice.
Whether this is through a meeting with our Academic Director or by arranging sessions with tutors from Oxford and/or Cambridge in your considered subject areas. We will help you come to an informed conclusion on one of the most important decisions you will ever make.
You will receive a full introduction to your Programme by your Programme Team, along with your tutor, and our Academic Director. Throughout your time with us, they will be here to help.
Unlimited One-to-One ELAT Tutoring
The core of your ELAT support lies in your bespoke one-on-one tuition sessions, which enable you to enhance your skills and knowledge with the assistance of a highly skilled Oxford tutor. You can book as many of these sessions as you want throughout your programme.
During each session, you will have complete control over your learning so you can focus on the areas where you require the most help. Our tutors are thoroughly experienced in the ELAT and can provide you with all-encompassing guidance to enhance your skills and achieve an excellent score.
Unlimited one-to-one support with your expert ELAT tutor – all with homework and reports.
Comprehensive ELAT Materials
As a part of the ELAT support, you will have access to a valuable set of resources to aid your preparation, such as practice papers, textbooks, and our unique UniAdmissions English Reading List.

Humanities Enrichment Seminars

Mentoring
Every student will receive supplementary assistance from their designated mentor – a senior tutor.
Your Mentor will be there to support you with complex areas of your application and will assist you in any areas of difficulty throughout their support. This could be (but is not limited to) support navigating the UCAS system, identifying and securing relevant work experience, and guidance on letters of reference.
You’ll be assigned an academic mentor for guidance and mentoring sessions.
Personalised Portal
The UniAdmissions Portal is your link between all of the support and resources offered in your Programme and you. You’ll find everything included in your Programme available in your personalised Portal account.
As a student this is your Programme Hub. With monthly updates, you’ll stay in the loop and never miss a step in your preparation. Stay informed about tasks, important dates and your progress, and be confident that you’re always on the right path!

Our mission at UniAdmissions is to get every single one of the students we work with each year onto their chosen course at Oxford or Cambridge. Every student applying to study on our Programme goes through an initial assessment with our Admissions team. This is a 30-minute consultation (free of charge) where our team assesses your viability. Based on this, you may be offered a place if there are spaces remaining in the cohort.

How can I access unlimited ELAT Tutoring?
Unlimited ELAT tutoring is available exclusively in our preparation programmes, including the Full-Blue English Programme. This programme features full support for every part of your English application, including your Personal Statement and interviews.Â

Do you really offer "unlimited tutoring"?
Yes, we do! Each of our students can book as many one-to-one tutoring sessions as they wish for the duration of their UniAdmissions programme. These sessions can be used to cover any areas that you’re struggling with from the ELAT.Â
Why are there limited places available?
At UniAdmissions, we’ve guided hundreds of students to Oxford and Cambridge for more than a decade, achieving success rates over three times the national average. To maintain this, we implement the Scholar Limit, restricting programme admissions to ensure every student receives the high-quality teaching and support they deserve.
While we support more applicants each year, the Scholar Limit ensures we uphold our standards and maximise students’ chances of success. If capacity is full, you can enrol early for the next cohort, securing your spot at the current fee and gaining immediate access to the UniAdmissions Portal and its resources.
Alternatively, you can join our waitlist or apply for the Fellows Programme, which allows you to start anytime with added benefits.
How are my ELAT tutoring sessions arranged?
You can book your tutoring sessions through your UniAdmissions Portal. The Portal is the central point of your Programme and will contain all of your ELAT resources, seminar access and lots of useful information.
No other HAT tuition provider has a system close to the UniAdmissions Portal!
Who are your ELAT tutors?
Every ELAT tutor at UniAdmissions is carefully vetted by our team. You will only ever be matched with experienced, highly knowledgeable tutors who are truly experts in the ELAT exam.
If you are ever unhappy with your tutor (an unlikely occurrence), then your dedicated Programme Manager will arrange a better-suited tutor for you.
Why shouldn't I just book an ELAT course instead of a Programme?
The ELAT cannot be prepared for adequately in a day or two. We’ve found, through years of research and preparing students for the ELAT, that preparing over a longer period of time is a much more effective way of embedding the knowledge needed to perform on the day and ultimately score highly in the ELAT.
I'm struggling in one area - Can I spend the whole session on it?
Absolutely, and we’d encourage you to do so.
