Oxbridge Law Head Start Application Programme (2025 Entry)
With applications to study law at oxford and Cambridge being so competitive, getting a head start will help you to achieve success.
Monthly One-To-One Sessions. You’ll receive 12 individual sessions with your mentor, working through a structured syllabus aligned squarely to your goals.
Monthly Group Seminars. These sessions are created specifically for our Head Start students and focus on topics that help establish a solid foundation for your education and teach valuable life skills.
Over 180 Hours Of Study. The Head Start Programme will guide you through a comprehensive, tried & tested syllabus that covers all aspects of the application.

What is included in the Oxbridge Law Programme?
Your Oxbridge Law Programme gives you support, through various mediums, to write a strong Personal Statement, boost your LNAT score and perform well at your Law interview. Every element of the Programme is designed specifically to increase your chances of being accepted. We’re the world’s first Oxbridge prep school with a truly unique syllabus.

Application Support
Firstly we will help you make the right decision regarding course and University choice.
Whether this is through a meeting with our Academic Director or by arranging sessions with tutors from Oxford and/or Cambridge in your considered subject areas. We will help you come to an informed conclusion on one of the most important decisions you will ever make.
You will receive a full introduction to your Programme by your Programme Team, along with your tutor, Form Mentor and our Academic Director. Throughout your time with us, they will be here to help.
One-To-One Tutoring
Every session in your Law Programme will be with an expert tutor who will walk you through the topic at hand.
The one-to-one sessions are an opportunity to focus on problem areas and topics you find difficult. Your tutor has been through the process with flying colours, so will be able to provide you with the right support and guidance.**
Honed in one-to-one support with your expert Law Oxbridge tutor – all with homework and reports.
Comprehensive Materials

Intensive Courses

Enrichment Seminars
Wider reading is one of Oxbridge’s notoriously difficult application criteria to fulfil. That’s where our Enrichment Seminars come in.
What this criterion distils down to is showing interest and passion for your subject. From week one of your Programme, you’ll be invited to your subject-specific Enrichment Seminar and you will be exposed to your subject beyond simply what the cirriculum teaches – this is exactly what Admissions tutors are looking for.
Develop a deeper understanding of your subject and go beyond your curriculum, as you would at Oxbridge.
Forms Mentoring
Every student will receive supplementary assistance from their designated Form Mentor.
Your Form Mentor will allow you to schedule unlimited one-on-one Mentoring Sessions with them for assistance in any areas of difficulty throughout their programme.
You’ll be assigned an academic Form Mentor for guidance and unlimited mentoring sessions.
Personalised Portal
The UniAdmissions Portal is your link between all of the support and resources offered in your Programme and you. You’ll find everything included in your Programme available in your personalised Portal account.
As a student this is your Programme Hub. With monthly updates, you’ll stay in the loop and never miss a step in your preparation. Stay informed about tasks, important dates and your progress, and be confident that you’re always on the right path!

How many one-to-one tutoring sessions are included?
The Oxbridge Law Programme gives you access to 30 sessions with an expert Law tutor. The Head Start Law Programme gives you 42 expert sessions.
The complete syllabus covers approximately 180 hours of study. You will be guided through the Programme by your Programme guide, and will always have your dedicated Programme Team on hand to support you.
Do I have to sit the CLT?
No. The CLT (Cambridge Law Test) is no longer required and instead, you will have to sit the LNAT along with the Oxford applicants.
What is the difference between the Oxbridge Law Programme and the Standard Law Programme?
As you would expect, applying to Oxbridge is a far more intensive process and as a result, there are some additional components to the Programme.
With Oxford and Cambridge requiring Interviews as part of their process, you will have a place on the Interview Intensive Course, receive a copy of the Ultimate Oxbridge Interview Guide and take part in mock Interviews.
Additionally, you will have LNAT essay marking as part of your Programme.
And finally, with the Oxbridge Law Programme you will have 180 hours of study compared to the Standard Law Programme which has only 150 hours.
How many LNAT essays can I submit for marking?
You can submit an unlimited number of essays for marking. You can only submit one essay at a time, you must wait to receive your feedback before trying to submit another one.
You will be able to see how many essays you have submitted on your Portal account.
What is the Law Form Mentor?
Law Mentors are tutors who have been interviewed by our Academic Director for the position and support their Form Groups across the year to ensure you are aware of your Programme Syllabus and the demands of the application process.
Forms run fortnightly and you’ll be able to reach out personally to your Mentor to arrange an individual 1:1.
