What is included in the Cambridge Architecture Programme?
The Cambridge Architecture Course provides a variety of tools and assistance to help you improve your Personal Statement, perform well on the Architecture Admissions Assessment and get ready for a successful Architecture Interview. Application Support
Firstly we will help you make the right decision regarding course and University choice.
Whether this is through a meeting with our Academic Director or by arranging sessions with tutors from Oxford and/or Cambridge in your considered subject areas. We will help you come to an informed conclusion on one of the most important decisions you will ever make.
You will receive a full introduction to your Programme by your Programme Team, along with your tutor, Form Mentor and our Academic Director. Throughout your time with us, they will be here to help.
Unlimited One-To-One Tutoring
One of the key elements of your Architecture course is unlimited one-to-one tuition sessions, where you will be under the guidance of a highly experienced Cambridge tutor who excelled in their program, ranking in the top 10% of their class.
During these sessions, of which you can access as many as you like during your programme, you will tackle challenging concepts and focus on areas that need improvement, allowing you to take control of your own learning experience. Your tutor, who has a successful track record of navigating the application process, will offer valuable assistance and direction to help you overcome any obstacles.

If you are struggling with wider reading and research, then our Enrichment Seminars will help you gain a deeper understanding and interest in your subject.Â
These Enrichment Seminars provide you with the opportunity to gain a more comprehensive understanding of your subject that goes beyond the standard curriculum. This broader knowledge is highly valued by Cambridge admissions tutors and can help set you apart i interviews. You will be able to participate in these sessions starting from the first week of the program.
Develop a deeper understanding of your subject and go beyond your curriculum, as you would at Oxbridge.
Mentoring
Every student will receive supplementary assistance from their designated mentor – a senior tutor.
Your Mentor will be there to support you with complex areas of your application and will assist you in any areas of difficulty throughout their programme. This could be (but is not limited to) support navigating the UCAS system, identifying and securing relevant work experience, and guidance on letters of reference.
You’ll be assigned an academic mentor for guidance and will be able to contact them whenever you require.
Personalised Portal
The UniAdmissions Portal is your link between all of the support and resources offered in your Programme and you. You’ll find everything included in your Programme available in your personalised Portal account.
As a student this is your Programme Hub. With monthly updates, you’ll stay in the loop and never miss a step in your preparation. Stay informed about tasks, important dates and your progress, and be confident that you’re always on the right path!

Every student applying to study on our Programme goes through an initial assessment with our Admissions team. This is a 30-minute consultation (free of charge) where our team assesses your viability. Based on this, you may be offered a place if there are spaces remaining in the cohort.

Do you really offer "unlimited tutoring"?
Yes, we do! Each of our students can book as many one-to-one tutoring sessions as they wish for the duration of their UniAdmissions programme. These sessions can be used to cover any area of the Cambridge application process, including the Personal Statement, AAA, interviews and general advice relating to topics like college selection and wider reading.Â
Why are there limited places available?
At UniAdmissions, we’ve guided hundreds of students to Oxford and Cambridge for more than a decade, achieving success rates over three times the national average. To maintain this, we implement the Scholar Limit, restricting programme admissions to ensure every student receives the high-quality teaching and support they deserve.
While we support more applicants each year, the Scholar Limit ensures we uphold our standards and maximize students’ chances of success. If capacity is full, you can enrol early for the next cohort, securing your spot at the current fee and gaining immediate access to the UniAdmissions Portal and its resources.
Alternatively, you can join our waitlist or apply for the Fellows Programme, which allows you to start anytime with added benefits.
Do I have to sit an Admissions Test for Architecture?
Yes, if you are applying to study Architecture, you will have to sit the Architecture Admissions Assessment. The Admissions Test is an hour long, with the first 30 minutes spent on your written ability and the second on graphic and spatial skills.Â
What Intensive Courses are part of the Architecture Programme?
As part of the Architecture Programme, you will have a place on the Personal Statement and Interview Intensive Courses.Â
What work do I have to submit with my Architecture application?
As part of your application to Cambridge, you will have to submit some of your existing artwork (which can also form part of the portfolio you bring to the Interview). Your tutor will be there to help you decide which pieces to submit.Â
Where do I find UniAdmissions' reading lists?
As with all the materials that form part of your Programme, you will find the reading lists on the Preparation Portal under the ‘Extras’ tab.Â
